Inventory Report

The quality of our reports is essential to the services that Isomer Inventories provide. All of the reports that we produce are clear and comprehensive and contain photographic and video proof, where required, to ensure that each area is clearly demonstrated.



A "Check In" is provided for where a tenant is shown around a property with the “Inventory report” at hand, as all items and their condition are pointed out to the tenant at this time where any alterations needed to the inventory can be adapted. During the “Check in” a tenant then agrees to the draft inventory and signs it accordingly. Any amendments to the inventory is then administered (where necessary) and submitted as a final report to the landlord or agent with the signed check in form attached.

Inventory only Report  (Mid Term)

A "Mid Term" inspection is completed at landlord or agent request, this report is generated is a rough guide to the condition of the property and its contents at the time of this inspection. A “Mid Term” report allowing the reader an overview as to whether the property and its contents are being well treated by the current tenants. A further benefit of the “Mid Term” report is the notation of any dilapidations or health and safety issues that need immediate attention by the Landlord.

Check-out Report

A "Check-out" is an inspection report produced at the end of a tenancy. This report identifies areas relating to the state and or contents of the property which may have changed (in any way) from that listed on the original “Inventory report”.


  • Detailed report on any differences found from the Check-in report
  • Complete reporting of property items not appearing in original Inventory Report
  • Photo proof incorporated into report as standard (where required)
