We will respond by return (within 12 hours)
notifying you that we are dealing with your
complaint and give you an
estimated time by which we
will have a fuller answer for you which, we would
hope, will be later that day.
More complicated complaints may take more time -
please be assured we deal with any complaints as a
priority and have never had a complaint which has
taken more than two days to resolve.
